Unless otherwise selected, all products are dispatched on a standard next day* carrier to arrive on a work day between the hours of 8.00 a.m. and 8.00 p.m.

Your orders will be processed and packed as normal and will be despatched as soon as possible, however no 'Next Day' requests will be accepted after 1pm Tues 27th March 2018 (until Tuesday 3rd April).

Last orders for guaranteed 2018 Christmas delivery is 1pm Monday 17th December. Orders will continue to be processed and despatched up to 1pm Thursday 20th, but are NOT guaranteed to arrive for Christmas.
After this, the next despatch will be WEDNESDAY 2nd JANUARY 2019
Online, mail and telephone order customers have the right to cancel for a limited time even if the goods aren’t faulty.
Simply notify TD Online within 14 days of receiving your goods. Then return the goods, at your cost, in unused condition, complete in the original packing, within 14 days of cancellation.
We will refund your original purchase amount less carriage within 14 days of receiving the goods back.

Return requests received after this period will be considered on an individual basis. Such returns shall be subject to a restocking charge equal to 20% of the price paid for them by the Customer, as stated in Terms & Conditions
